The structure of the individual sessions…

  • Length of sessions: 90 minute long.
  • Booking: The sessions are booked in blocks of three at the time (60 day expiration)
  • Getting started: A total of six sessions in two months is required to get started. After this foundational period you may book sessions as needed.

In addition to the coaching sessions you will receive a customized package with personalized services including:

  • Group forum to get encouragement and support in between sessions
  • Access to a library of videos and materials for self-practice

Seasonal group programs are available for those ready to practice in small groups to add a sense of community. These include the very important sense of corregulation, a key element known as the ability of a healthy nervous system to exchange safety and connection with others to foster support.

  • Group classes are announced seasonally and are booked in blocks of 6 sessions.
  • You will be part of a small cohort. In this ” tiny village”, you will take all your sessions together supporting each other with group dynamics to integrate the practices
  • Intimate setting with a minimun 3 people and Maximum 6 people for each group
