Breath Initiated Movement for Anxiety and Stress: Breathe & Heal Immersion
Based on the Inner Axis System created by International speaker, Master yoga teacher, and author Max Strom, this is an approach to breath and movement geared towards the health of the nervous system.

During these personal sessions, you will learn techniques of breathing, movement & living philosophy that will remove current blockages from excess stress, anxiety, low energy, and other misalignments of our modern lifestyle. This can be the pathway to start self-regulating your nervous system and mastering your response to stress.
The aim of this immersion is for you to build this practice and keep it for the rest of your life. This program is solely focused on breath work as a means to start regulating your stress response, promoting more calm, and supporting your body’s health. This is why breath work is one of the three pillars to my Burnout Repair Methodology. Starting here can provide a very solid base in the journey towards vitality and stress resilience.
These mindful breathing sessions are based on the awareness of breath, controlled movement and focused concentration. The combination of these is the key to calm, present and stress resilient mind and body.

This individual tutorship includes a total of six one-on-one online sessions of 1 hour during a period of six weeks.
In addition to the coaching sessions you will receive a customized package with personalized services including:
- Additional support in between sessions with voice accountability
- Review of practices and assignments
- Access to a library of videos for self-practice
- Lifetime access to the online portal with supporting materials, workbook, and references
